Lacey Vasquez was an amazing guide and she was very helpful in showing us all of the available options. Lacey was great to visit with while we were touring and the community itself is so amazing! I loved everything about it! It is incredibly pet friendly and very green living! Everyone knows each other and the staff also knew every dog by name so it has a real community feel with events for the residents and staff to attend. THERE WAS A DOGGY PARTY GOING ON WHILE WE TOURED! Overall, this is where my best friend and I will be living 🤞 by this fall!

Lived here for 7ish months. Had to move to do some unforeseen circumstances and the women in the front office were extremely helpful with the transfer process to another apartment here in Wilmington. They answered all of my questions and were extremely understanding. 10/10 recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking. They treat you like real people and not someone to make money off of.

Emily and all the office staff are very friendly and responsive! The community organizes events for residents and makes South Front a great place to live.

I've lived in a home managed by this group for around 5 years, I lost count. The office staff is exceptional and kind. My inquiries are answered quickly and repairs are never a hassle. Emily in the office has been great and Justin in maintenance is a lifesaver. He even fixed my vacuum that I was ready to throw away. Thankful for this safe space.

South Front is a great place to live. They have great amenities including a nice pool area, community area, and two really nice gyms. The location is great and front office staff are so sweet and helpful! I've lived in a few apartments around Wilmington and this was my best experience. Great sense of community and excellent shops very nearby. Unfortunately, I had to move to a different city but I already miss living there. Thanks for everything!
