LOVE the team at South Front! I have been a resident since 2020 and they have taken the best care of the homes/residents. The amenities are nice and they are often upgrading things or throwing community events. Walking distance (maybe 20 min) to GLA and there are several small businesses right across the street.

I haven’t fully moved into my apartment (I am today) but I already noticed a lot of upsetting things. There was already mold in the bathroom. I have killed multiple spiders. It’s HOT in these apartments. The ac units aren’t central and there are three separate wall units throughout the apartment and it just feels like a regular fan, not ac. It feels hotter in my apartment than outside. I turned down the ac to my regular temp which is 70-71 a few days ago since they had it set to 75 when I first got my keys and it feels no different. The apartment was not cleaned before I moved in. There’s moldy food in the sink drain catcher, rust in the fridge, rusty nails sticking out of the walls, my balcony seems to be rotting in one area. If I’m paying $1.6k a month for a one bedroom, I expect it to be cleaned and well maintained before I move in. I’m very disappointed so far.

Love living at South Front. Maintenance is one of the best parts. All very efficient, kind and good at their jobs!!

Dave came today to work on our A/C. Response time from putting in a ticket to getting a response to work being complete was super quick. Plus, the maintenance team & leasing office is always so understanding of our reactive and vocal pittie. Thank you Dave!!

Honestly this maintenance team rocks! I put in a work order and the next day I received a text message to coordinate the best time to fix the issues. Mat Lucena was the guy who specifically came to my apartment. His work was thorough and complete! Grateful for my unclogged tub & sink and my clean air filter.

I have had both Dave and Justin fix things for me since I have moved in last July. They have always been so great! Easy to talk to, efficient and always on time! Thank y’all For making an already great property better!

South Front has been my favorite place to live in Wilmington. Addie, Lacey and Garrett have always responded quickly to our needs. The maintenance team - and specifically Justin - have fixed any issue (however rare) faster than I have ever experienced. The amenities, sense of community, and proximity to downtown cannot be beat elsewhere.
